What Will You Be Doing? Curate and manage Olivia’s premium product selection, ensuring every collection is thoughtfully curated, highly considered, and aligned with our brand’s core styles and key customer personas. Identify trends and plan product launches, working closely with the Buying team to launch new products & brands whilst also feeding key trends and styles into the trading and marketing team. Enhance the product presentation, ensuring all product listings have high-quality imagery, engaging products descriptions and consistent formatting to improve conversion rates. Oversee product categorisation, ensuring accurate product categorisation for intuitive navigation, site search and filtering for a seamless shopping experience. Utilise data-driven insights to track product, brand and collection performance and implement enhancements to improve engagement and sales. Analyse sales performance and customer behaviour, making informed recommendations for new collections, promotions and marketing campaigns. Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Content, Marketing, Buying) to create compelling product narratives and ensure a seamless shopping experience. Influence category strategies and merchandising plans, providing insights on product trends, customer preferences, and market dynamics. What Will You Bring to the Party? Proven experience in merchandising, e-commerce, or digital retail. Homeware or furniture experience is a plus. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends to make commercial decisions. A creative and trend-focused mindset, with an eye for design and an understanding of how products resonate with our customer base. Exceptional organisation and project management skills, capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Commercial acumen, with the ability to balance on site aesthetic and commercial performance. Proficiency in inventory management systems, forecasting tools, and e-commerce analytics platforms. A proactive, results-driven approach, always looking for ways to optimise performance and drive sales. Passion for interiors, retail, and digital commerce, with a keen interest in consumer trends and market developments.
