In this role, you will provide specialized physiotherapy services focused on musculoskeletal conditions, helping patients improve their mobility and quality of life through evidence-based interventions. What your responsibilities will be for this Physiotherapy role? As a Band 6 Locum MSK Physiotherapist you will conduct thorough assessments of patients with musculoskeletal issues, identifying their individual needs and developing tailored treatment plans. You will implement effective physiotherapy interventions, including manual therapy, exercise prescription, and rehabilitation techniques to promote recovery. You will monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes. You will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care. You will provide education and advice to patients regarding self-management strategies and lifestyle modifications to enhance their recovery. You will maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient interactions, assessments, and treatment plans in compliance with professional standards and organizational policies. Qualifications and Experiences: Must be a registered Physiotherapist with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC). Must hold a relevant degree in Physiotherapy. Must have experience in musculoskeletal (MSK) physiotherapy. Must possess strong assessment and treatment skills. Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Must be able to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. Must demonstrate a commitment to providing patient-centered care and improving patient outcomes.
