* Processing invoices and expenses in a timely manner.
* Reconciling supplier statements.
* Handling purchase enquiries.
* Maintaining accurate records of all transactions.
* Assisting with end-of-month reporting.
* Collaborating with the wider Accounting & Finance team on special projects.
* Adhering to all company policies and regulations.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Purchase Ledger Clerk should have:
* A strong understanding of accounting principles.
* Excellent numerical skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
* Ability to work as part of a team.
* Strong communication skills.
* High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
