Job Summary and Key Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate for the position of Saturday Assistant will be smart, confident, enthusiastic and will demonstrate excellent communication skills.
Duties will include:
* Register new applicants and promote new properties
* Qualify applicants prior to viewings
* Book and carry out property viewings
* Report on any need for repairs at properties
* Provide feedback to the relevant managers on applicants’ needs and ensure systems are up to date
Skills required:
* Experience with customer service
* Ability to organise and prioritise workload
* Attention to detail
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Full UK driving license
