Job overview
We are looking to appoint a temporary and part time reliable and enthusiastic Finance Officer to join our effective administration team at St Giles School. This is a key role that would suit someone with previous experience of working in a school office environment who has excellent finance, administration and budgeting skills and the ability to use Microsoft packages to a high standard. SIMS.Net experience is desirable.
You will be responsible for arranging day to day finance, budgeting, liaison with external services, and providing administrative support to the School Business Manager. The ideal candidate should be committed, energetic, flexible, and able to work to high standards, whilst prioritising their workload to meet deadlines.
You should be able to build positive relationships with a wide range of stakeholders. The successful candidate will be supported by the School Business Manager and the school’s administration team.
