Job Title: SEN Tutor Salary: £20 - £30 Per hour Job Duties: Provide tailored academic support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) Create individualised learning plans based on students' needs Deliver engaging and interactive lessons to support students' educational progress Assess students' progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly Required Qualifications: Specialist knowledge and experience in supporting students with SEN Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Education: Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field Experience: Minimum of 2 years' experience working with students with SEN Knowledge and Skills: Understanding of SEN legislation and best practises Ability to differentiate instruction to meet diverse learning needs Strong organisational and time management skills Preferred Qualifications: Postgraduate qualification in Special Educational Needs Experience using assistive technology in educational settings Working Conditions: The role involves working part-time hours on a temporary basis, primarily in educational settings such as schools or learning centres. The candidate may need to travel to different locations within Oxfordshire. Flexibility in working hours may be required to accommodate students' schedules.
