Job Purpose:

As a Project Support, you will be supporting and learning about our OT environment and contributing to critical projects across the organization. This role offers an exceptional opportunity for a proactive and eager-to-learn individual to gain hands-on experience, work on diverse IT initiatives, and collaborate with experienced professionals to ensure the success of our IT endeavors.
Main Duties:
1. Support the Group IT Operations manager with Group Projects throughout the UK.
2. Assist in troubleshooting and resolving IT-related issues promptly, ensuring seamless IT services for end-users.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to contribute to the successful execution of IT projects, adhering to timelines and project goals.
4. Actively participate in testing and implementation of software upgrades and system enhancements.
5. Engage with stakeholders to understand their IT needs, effectively communicating technical solutions and providing hands-on support.
6. Contribute to the development and documentation of IT procedures and guidelines to streamline operations and ensure compliance with company policies.
7. Work closely with IT professionals to learn and apply best practices in IT operations, cybersecurity, and data management.
8. Learn emerging technologies and industry trends, providing valuable insights and suggestions for continuous improvement.
9. Demonstrate a proactive approach to learning, seeking opportunities to expand technical skills and knowledge.
10. Exhibit a strong commitment to teamwork, effective communication, and problem-solving in a collaborative environment.
Requirements, Experience and Person Specification:
1. Eager-to-learn attitude with a genuine interest in a fast-paced leading organization and the benefits IT brings.
2. Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to take a hands-on approach to address technical challenges.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with team members and stakeholders.
4. Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
5. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and general computer proficiency.
6. Any prior experience or exposure to IT projects, networking, or programming is advantageous but not mandatory.
7. Training will be provided that will allow you to grow with Group IT strategy.
8. Full UK Driving License.
