We are seeking an experienced professional with a proven track record in B2B enterprise solutions marketing, particularly in the insurance software and technology industry or with service providers like EXL, tech firms, or Insuretech firms. As part of your duties, you will be responsible for: Strategically lead marketing efforts within the UK & European markets for EXL, crafting personalised marketing campaigns to drive upsell & cross-sell opportunities within targeted strategic accounts. Plan and execute integrated campaigns across multiple channels, including content and thought leadership, digital marketing (social media, SEO), events, webinars, and analyst interactions, to enhance brand awareness and generate demand. Develop a content strategy and editorial calendar aligned with marketing and business objectives, collaborating with marketing and design teams to create multifunctional content. Monitor market trends and oversee advertising and marketing activities to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with organisational values. Enhance organisational capabilities by implementing effective marketing and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) toolkits to support growth in existing accounts. Drive innovation in marketing techniques and approaches, keeping the digital landscape and end consumers in mind. Translate sales objectives into marketing objectives and develop project plans for marketing support. Serve as the primary operational liaison between sales and marketing organisations for the UK region, participating in sales team calls, meetings, and planning sessions. Lead cross-functional project management, including communications, operations/logistical execution, budgeting, and metrics reporting. Plan, create, and execute field sales activities and events for the region to move qualified leads through the pipeline. Identify internal and external resources for strategic account marketing execution. Execute marketing programmes on behalf of sales and provide guidance to representatives on executing programme elements independently. Measure and analyse the success impact metrics, including existing account revenue growth, customer opportunity pipeline, engagement tactic results, customer insights growth, and data accuracy. Qualifications and experience we consider to be essential for the role: 5 years of experience in marketing B2B enterprise solutions. Proven success in revenue generation through multi-channel demand generation campaigns and client-centric marketing. Experience in marketing enterprise solutions within the B2B sector, especially in the insurance software and technology industry or with service providers like EXL, technology companies, or Insurtech firms. Tier 1 - insurance domain experience is essential. Specifically, General Insurance / P&C (Property & Casualty) personal and/or commercial experience is ESSENTIAL for this role. Strong individual with sector knowledge from a vendor / product standpoint. Some strategic thinking required but will be more of an individual contributor / execution role (20% strategy, 80% execution). Relationship building is key, as the UK Insurance market is small and networking with clients and vendors is a requirement. Demonstrated experience developing and executing marketing programmes, with a focus on Events, Account-Based Marketing, Social Media, and Thought Leadership/Media Partners. Proficiency in personalised Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies and execution. Expertise in CRM and marketing automation systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). Positive attitude, excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to thrive in a high-growth, fast-paced environment. The role is hybrid, requiring the candidate to work in the office 2-3 times a week ideally. The candidate must have worked in a similar environment and possess the ability and experience to work with senior stakeholders, as well as a distributed global marketing team.
