We are looking for a Technical Reporting and Development Analyst to join the Sales Planning & Administration team within the motor industry. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting key stakeholders with accurate, timely, and actionable reports, helping to shape strategic decisions. You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams, ensuring that data is not only analyzed but communicated effectively to drive business success. Your ability to explain complex insights in a clear and customer-friendly manner will be key. Key Responsibilities: • Customer-Focused Reporting: Provide clear, insightful reports to support internal teams and key stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. • Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong working relationships with senior management, dealers, and operational teams, ensuring their reporting needs are met efficiently. • Sales Performance Support: Monitor, evaluate, and analyze the motor and industry sales data, helping drive informed decision-making. • Forecast Management: Oversee and communicate weekly Car & CV Forecast updates, ensuring all relevant teams have the information they need. • Process Improvement: Work proactively to refine reporting processes, enhancing efficiency and clarity for stakeholders. • Presentation & Communication: Prepare high-quality reports and presentations, translating complex data into meaningful insights for senior leadership and dealers. What We’re Looking For: Strong communication skills – ability to explain complex data clearly and concisely to different audiences. Must be proficient with Excel / Macros Customer-focused mindset – a proactive approach to problem-solving and ensuring stakeholder needs are met. Attention to detail – ensuring reporting is accurate, insightful, and delivered on time. Team player – working collaboratively with internal teams to enhance business performance. Experience in the motor industry – knowledge of systems and registration processes is highly desirable. A-Level education (or higher) – a university degree is preferred but not essential.
