Sales Progressor
A national house builder has a requirement for a Sales Progressor to join their Sales team based in Leeds.
The role of Sales Progressor is responsible for moving sales from reservation stage through to contract exchange and completion, driving this process to happen in the shortest possible timescale while ensuring maximum profit is achieved through effective management of the sales team's progression, all while providing a high level of service to our customers. 3. Investigate and resolve any problems, particularly those sales involving multiple chains.
4. Occasionally act as an additional point of contact for our customers to guide them through the contract/completion process, providing a central point of contact so the process runs smoothly, especially for customers unfamiliar with legal terminology.
5. Ensure that our customers receive the highest levels of service at all times.
6. Resolve any ad-hoc or minor queries that may not necessarily need to be directed to the legal team, allowing the conveyancers to focus on more complex enquiries and achieve a prompt exchange of contracts/completion.
