Their new Account Manager would ideally have experience across employee branding or internal communication, but more important is to have creative agency and multiple client experience, plus awesome project management and delivery. Ideally a mix of all three, but you need to excel in one of these. Plus, you are organised and a natural communicator with diplomacy too.
