A Repairs Planner is urgently needed in the Property Department of a renowned not-for-profit organisation based in Blackpool. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing, planning and organising all repair and maintenance works. With a substantial team size of over 1,000, the organisation is based in Manchester and operates on a national level, making a positive impact in many communities. Description Manage and plan the schedule of repair and maintenance works. Ensure all works are carried out efficiently and to a high standard. Assign tasks to team members and monitor their progress. Coordinate with contractors and suppliers. Manage the repair budget and ensure cost-effectiveness. Address any customer complaints or issues related to repairs. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Prepare and present reports on repair and maintenance activities.Profile A successful Repairs Planner should have: A relevant degree or equivalent qualification in a related field. Experience in managing repair and maintenance works. Strong organisational skills with the ability to plan and prioritise tasks. Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the property industry.
