About Marisa
World-renowned therapist and best-selling author Marisa Peer is one of the most recognized names in the wellness industry. Over her thirty-year career, she has worked with a client list that includes international superstars, CEOs, and Olympic athletes, using her unique approach, Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT)
RTT combines the most effective elements of NLP, CBT, hypnotherapy, quantum physics, and psychotherapy to get to the root cause of the issue, which often stems from childhood beliefs, traumatic experiences, or the everyday negative self-talk that many of us carry with us unconsciously.

Overview of Requirements
We are seeking a strategic and dynamic PR agency/freelancer to become our communications partner to assist in the delivery of the 2025 PR, Events, Speaker, and Podcast Strategy for Marisa Peer and RTT.
This partnership aims to build on the work we have already done, elevate Marisa as a transformative force in the mental health arena - and position RTT as a leading solution for emotional well-being.
Our key focus areas include expanding our global reach, maximizing brand visibility, and achieving significant market penetration across the US, UK, Europe, and UAE.
2025 is a pivotal year in our growth journey. We are planning several high-profile events, including RTT Live training events in LA, Amsterdam, Cancun, London, and Dubai.
We are also planning to develop a calendar of Marisa-led RTT-inspired events to engage the community and showcase RTT’s transformative power.
These events will create direct revenue streams, boost brand awareness and credibility, showcase Marisa’s expertise, and establish her role as a leading voice in mental health.
A potential book tour is also being considered, as Marisa plans to release her next book in late 2025.
Scope of Work
The selected agency will deliver the following:
1. Strategic PR Planning & Execution
1. Develop a comprehensive 2025 PR strategy to position Marisa Peer and RTT as leaders in mental health transformation and the personal development space.
2. Design quarterly campaigns that resonate with key audiences and align with global mental health trends.
3. Highlight RTT’s uniqueness in addressing root causes and delivering long-term results.
2. Media Relations
1. Secure high-profile interviews, features, op-eds, and case study-led features in top-tier media outlets (e.g., Forbes, The Guardian, CNN).
2. Cultivate strong relationships with journalists and editors across the US, UK, Europe, and UAE.
3. Review and regularly update all media information, including press packs, bios, and slides.
3. Event Promotion
1. Promote RTT Live events, international speaking engagements, Marisa-led events, and the book tour.
2. Drive ticket sales and attendance through targeted PR efforts.
4. Content Creation
1. Craft compelling narratives, press releases, thought leadership articles, and social media content to amplify key messages.
5. Influencer and Podcast Strategy
1. Identify and collaborate with key influential figures in the mental health space and secure top podcasts to extend Marisa’s reach and engagement.
2. Continue to expand our audience by identifying and securing top podcast opportunities in other areas, e.g., business, entrepreneurship, etc.
6. Measurement and Reporting
1. Provide regular updates and a detailed impact analysis to ensure alignment with objectives and ROI.

Budget
We are open to proposals, but the agency must provide a transparent breakdown of costs for services, including retainer fees, campaign costs, and ad-hoc projects.
