ISQ Recruitment is seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join a leading recruitment business.
This hybrid role focuses on new business development, targeting clients outside of the recruitment industry to deliver tailored recruitment solutions across industrial, white-collar, and blue-collar roles.
Key Responsibilities:
New Business Development: Proactively identify and secure new clients in sectors outside the recruitment industry, such as industrial, manufacturing, engineering, logistics, FMCG.
Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a structured sales plan to generate new business and exceed targets.
Client Engagement: Build and manage relationships with prospective clients, understanding their hiring needs and providing bespoke recruitment solutions.
Market Research: Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and create a competitive edge.
CRM Management: Keep accurate records of leads and sales activities to maintain an organised sales pipeline.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal recruitment teams to ensure a smooth transition from client acquisition to delivery. What We’re Looking For:
Sales Expertise: Proven experience in new business development, ideally within the recruitment industry, or a strong sales background in other sectors.
Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with recruitment for industrial, white-collar, or blue-collar roles is highly desirable.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication with the ability to engage and influence clients at all levels.
Self-Starter: A proactive and results-oriented individual who thrives in a target-driven environment.
CRM Experience: Confident in using CRM systems to manage client data and sales activity.
Driving Licence: A valid UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential. What’s on Offer:
