Job Overview
We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Administrator to join a dynamic team. The ideal person will possess excellent communication skills and a passion for providing exceptional service to customers. This role involves engaging with customers via phone, taking orders and managing the whole process through to installation, ensuring a high level of service at all stages.
The hours of work will be Monday to Friday 8.30 a.m. 5.30 p.m. with 1 hour for lunch
The company also have a Saturday rota (9.00 a.m. 12 noon). This is 1 in 5 and is paid extra.
Salary is in the region of £24k plus annual company bonus
DESCRIPTION:
* Quality project management skills to drive through successful installations.
* First Class, hands on, Customer Service communication skills both verbal and written.
* Excellent administration skills.
* Able to Co-ordinate projects with the customer between: Surveyors, Fitters, Factory and Technicians.
* Ability to use I.T. systems such as Microsoft Word; Outlook, full training on our in-house system will be provided.
* Negotiation skills.
* Ability to prioritise workload.
