Liaising with site operational teams to ensure department training plans and SOPs are in place, meet required standards, and are regularly reviewed. Contributing to the site training budget, ensuring cost-effective spending with clear training plans aligned with site requirements (annual budget of circa £100k). Creating and delivering compliance and training KPIs, providing data for site and supply chain compliance and training reporting.
