Why this role is important to us
The role will be responsible for supporting the COO for GD EMEA in delivering on the Corporate Strategy for the short, medium, and long-term success in various areas including Senior Manager Regime (SMR), Employee Engagement, executive presentations, dashboard reporting, internal communications, divisional goals/metrics reporting, and supporting the coordination of projects with internal corporate partners.
This role is instrumental in helping to strengthen, in a controlled manner, our support model, proactively track trends, and produce predictive, insightful management information. It involves looking at the overall connectivity in project management and reporting between culture, risk & governance, and operational health.

* PC skills with an excellent understanding of Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.
* Good working knowledge of Collaborate and SharePoint.
