We are offering an exciting apprenticeship where you will gain valuable experience in administration, office management, and customer service. With full training, hands-on learning, and opportunities for professional growth, this role is perfect for someone eager to develop their skills.
Hours: Monday to Friday – 8.30am to 5pm (we offer a flexible working environment – discuss with your line manager). 30 hours a week.
Duration: 1 year 4 months
Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
* Assist with day-to-day office administration, including managing communications, scheduling, managing calendars, data entry, onboarding of new staff members, and supporting the Office Manager and Head of Business Operations with HR and finance tasks.
* Support the team with customer service tasks, responding to enquiries and maintaining client relationships.
* Help with organising and coordinating projects, ensuring smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.
* Support the Creative Team with any administration tasks they require for clients such as writing content for websites or proofreading.

Course contents
* Skilled in the use of multiple IT packages and systems relevant to the organisation in order to: write letters or emails, create proposals, perform financial processes, record and analyse data.
* Produces accurate records and documents including emails, letters, files, payments, reports, and proposals.
* Exercises proactivity and good judgement. Makes effective decisions based on sound reasoning and is able to deal with challenges in a mature way.
* Builds and maintains positive relationships within their own team and across the organisation.
* Demonstrates good communication skills, whether face-to-face, on the telephone, in writing or on digital platforms.
* Completes tasks to a high standard and demonstrates the necessary level of expertise required to complete tasks.
* Takes responsibility for initiating and completing tasks, manages priorities and time in order to successfully meet deadlines.
* Uses relevant project management principles and tools to scope, plan, monitor and report.

Location and Commute: Our office is located in the city centre which is easily accessible by public transport. Candidates should consider the commute and ensure they can reliably travel to and from the office on a daily basis.
Physical Aspects/Challenges: The role primarily involves working at a desk with a computer, so candidates should be comfortable with extended periods of screen time.
Work Environment: Our work environment is dynamic and fast-paced, which requires adaptability and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
