. Chasing expiring renewals form clients/customers
. Uploading client/customer details onto the system
. Sending renewal terms to the brokers
Skills:
. Communication, organisation and attention to detail
. IT literate in Microsoft Office and Outlook
. Experience in administration
. Excellent phone manner
