Flexible & home working pattern is just one of the attractions this opportunity provides. We are looking to recruit a Estates Support Officer based at St Mark Hospital, in Maidenhead. You will be working as part of the Estates and Facilities Department working on a busy helpdesk. You will be planning in maintenance jobs, liaising with contractors and raising orders for contractors. The key to this role is great communication and time management skills this will be vital to help with planning works across the county.
Main duties of the job
1. Operate Facilities Helpdesk for works requirements.
2. Maintain computerised database of contacts.
3. Produce reports from the software system as required.
4. Act as receptionist for department callers including contractors.
5. Raise purchase orders with suppliers, query invoices and pay within allotted timeframe.
6. Carry out routine clerical duties such as filing, photocopying etc and other tasks appropriate to the grade.
7. Organise contractors to carry out works and liaise with site managers, staff etc.
8. Follow up with staff for updates on jobs logged on the system.
9. Liaise with Estates Manager, Estates Supervisor to organise site visits with contractors.
10. Reviewing of monthly procurement card spend for Estates team.
11. Collate and review monthly meter readings.

* Good Standard of education
* ECDL Qualification or high degree of keyboard experience
* Secretarial / typing experience (preferably possessing RSA stage 1 typing)
* NVQ 2 in administration

Previous Experience
