Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and analytical Social Media & Content Manager to lead our client's digital storytelling efforts and grow their online presence. You will drive the content and brand strategy, manage a small team of one, and oversee influencer partnerships, all while maintaining a data-driven approach to content performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Content & Brand Strategy:
* Develop and implement an engaging content strategy aligned with the brand's vision and objectives.
* Maintain a cohesive brand voice across all platforms to resonate with target audiences.
Influencer Management:
* Build and manage relationships with influencers to amplify brand reach and engagement.
* Coordinate influencer campaigns, including negotiations, briefs, and performance tracking.
Shoot Management:
* Plan and execute product and lifestyle shoots, ensuring alignment with brand aesthetics and campaign goals.
Budget Management:
* Manage and allocate budgets effectively for social media, content production, and influencer campaigns.
CRM & E-Commerce Understanding:
* Collaborate with CRM and e-commerce teams to align content with customer acquisition and retention strategies.
* Ensure all content supports sales goals and enhances the customer journey.
Data-Driven Approach:
* Use analytics tools to measure content performance and optimize strategies based on insights.
* Report on key performance metrics to inform decision-making and demonstrate ROI.
Team Leadership:
* Manage and mentor one team member, fostering a supportive and high-performing environment.

* Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in fast fashion, shoes, or accessories.

* Analytical skills with experience in using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, or equivalent.
