About the Role:
Are you ready to take the next step in your retail management career? We’re looking for a dynamic, results-driven Branch Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for an experienced retail manager who has a proven track record with leadership, selling while hitting KPI's, and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
As a Branch Manager, you will take responsibility for the performance, management and overall success of our Newtownabbey Branch. You will lead and inspire your team, ensuring they consistently deliver excellent service while meeting sales and operational targets.
Key Responsibilities:
* Take full ownership of the Newtownabbey branch, overseeing day-to-day operations, staff management and performance.
* Lead and inspire the branch team to deliver on all sales metrics and KPIs, with ultimate accountability for delivery of branch operations, targets and KPIs.
* Develop a high performing and winning branch team through regular coaching and 1:1s, delivering engaging and motivating team briefs.
* Support the Assistant Manager to operate as an effective Branch Leadership Team, deputising effectively.
* Make a positive impact on all areas of the business, driving rapport while demonstrating candour in all situations.
* Ensure our pathway to reaching sales greatness is thriving.
* Own the full customer journey and experience including high merchandising standards and resolving customer issues.
* Trade the branch through commercial rotas, reviewing sales performance and implementing actions to maximise sales.
* Ensure branch health and safety and complete all branch admin on time.
* Embrace company culture and values while holding the team to the same standards.

About You:
We’re seeking a passionate and experienced retail professional with the following skills and attributes:
* Proven experience in a retail management role, ideally at Store Manager level.
* Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and managing high-performing teams.
* Results-oriented with a focus on driving sales and achieving business objectives.
* Exceptional communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
* Previous furniture retail experience is desirable but not essential.
