Our client in Cambridge is looking for a Maintenance Team Lead to join their team on the NIGHT shift.
This role requires an experienced Maintenance Team Leader holding a valid Millwright License 433A and with at least two (2) years of experience in a similar supervisory role.
As the Maintenance Team Lead, you will be compensated with an hourly rate between $42.00-44.50/ hour depending on experience PLUS a night shift premium of $0.75 per hour!

Qualifications:
* Valid Millwright 433A License is a MUST
* Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role and supervisory
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or Logistics
* Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
* Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to action
* Proven ability to work collaboratively, lead and achieve outcomes within deadlines and schedules
* Proficient with ERP and production planning software
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities:
* Supervise and train maintenance technicians according to company training program
* Ensure equipment performance through OEE and efficiency metrics
* Provide daily management and support for operational success
* Oversight of daily maintenance department activities on assigned shifts
* Conduct emergency equipment repairs during production
* Provide leadership and coaching to employees, evaluated based on employee satisfaction
* Implement strategies in-line with company initiatives
* Develop training plans for mechanics
* Promote company’s mission, vision, and training culture
* Review and report training effectiveness through performance analytics
* Manage disciplinary actions, performance improvement plans, and annual reviews
* Monitor time and attendance, approve vacation requests
* Conduct incident, accident, and non-conformity investigations
* Issue disciplinary actions when necessary
* Manage waterlogs and other assigned duties
* Adhere to and enforce GMP’s, Food Safety, and Food Defense guidelines, Company policies, Health & Safety Rules, and all Federal, provincial, and local requirements.
