This is a full-time office-based role located in the Birmingham area.

* Ensure the regulations are up to date and followed at all times.
* Update recruitment procedures.
* Communicate with other departments in order to keep up with new recruitment structures.
* Deal with recruitment enquiries.
* Produce performance reports.
To be considered for the Senior Recruiter Role, you must have:
* Previous experience in a recruitment role.
* An understanding of recruitment systems.
* Knowledge of employment law.
* Experience with dealing with enquiries both via telephone and email.
* Excellent verbal and written communication and team management skills.

* Basic hours are 9 am to 5 pm on site (may change due to company needs).
* Holiday entitlement is 28 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
* Up to £5k annual incentive pro-rata given quarterly on meeting KPIs upon successful probation period.
