Well, what about the team?
As a Junior Designer, you will play a key role in supporting the development of creative assets across various channels, including websites, digital displays, social media, and CRM. Working within a dynamic design team, you'll contribute to the creation of brand worlds and innovative designs for our 8 ventures, ensuring consistency and impact across every step of the customer journey.
So, what will you be doing?
* Understanding briefs - with guidance can work on tickets and creative briefs, relying on the support from more senior team members.
* Demonstrating good thinking and proactivity in developing basic concepts with guidance, for the task in hand.
* Taking direction onboard in order to explore ideas and understand the chosen routes.
* Understanding the difference between our brands and how to take direction from brand guidelines to create exciting concepts.
And what will you need?
* Possess experience working in the creative industry; in-house or agencies.
* Ability to explain ideas and present to a group of Designers.
* Have a good technical understanding of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop. A large part of the role involves utilising these tools to produce high-quality digital content and animations.
* Embraces support and guidance from other team members.
* Possess the ability to think outside the box and bring exciting ideas to the team through solid research and inspiration.
* Have good understanding of colour theory, typography, and layout.
* Have a good technical understanding of Adobe Creative Suite.
* Passionate about good design work, creativity, and innovation.
