HR Business Partner St. Albans Competitive Salary Here at Every Step Recruitment, Office Support, we are delighted to be supporting our Client with their requirement for a HR Business Partner on a full-time, permanent basis. You will be responsible for all HR Functions across the company - with an emphasis on complex ER Casework and TUPE activities. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: You will cover all aspects of HR including talent management, compensation and employee benefits, training and development, compliance and workplace safety You will have a proactive approach to achieving organisational strategy You will be responsible for implementing new policies and procedures across the business and its multiple sites You will be partnering with multiple sites on a range of HR tasks, from Learning and Development and Employment Law to TUPE and Talent Management You will be required to travel to sites as required to provide appropriate support on complex ER issues Central recording of sickness / absence Provision of ad hoc HR-related reports You will have the following skills & attributes: Experience working within a stand-alone HR capacity Multi-site HR experience Proven experience of harmonising ways or working across multiple sites A strong understanding of employment law and HR practices CIPD Qualified (preferred) Willingness to travel as required A full-clean, driving licence If you feel you have what it takes to successfully undertake this HR Business Partner role, then we would certainly welcome your application
