About Our Client
Page Personnel are looking to recruit for a large well-known and growing health care provider in Barnsley. As they have experienced recent growth they are now looking to recruit an Accounts Assistant permanently to help support the Finance team.
Job Description
As an Accounts Assistant, your duties will include but are not limited to;
3. Performing daily bank reconciliations
4. Creating and maintaining reports in Microsoft Excel
5. Analysing data using Microsoft Excel
6. Assisting with month-end tasks such as creating and sending customer reports and reconciliation of control accounts.
7. Credit card statement reconciliations
8. Posting and allocating receipts to customer accounts
9. Creating and amending existing customer accounts
10. Managing a list of debtors including contacting customers in line with payment terms to ensure payments are received on time.
11. Generating and sending sales invoices
12. Sending copy invoices and statements to customers
13. Raising customer credit notes
14. Respond to customer queries and maintain customer relationships
15. Assisting with processing expenses
16. Provide administrative support to the finance team
The Successful Applicant
Previous experience in AR/AP.Strong computer skills.Excellent attention to detail. Confidently work independently or as part of a team.
