Employee Experience Field Supervisor

We are a leading home care company seeking a dynamic and people-focused Employee Experience Field Supervisor to cultivate a workplace where employees feel valued, supported, and motivated. Key Responsibilities:
Lead by example, providing mentorship and daily operational support while fostering an inclusive, supportive, and high-performing team culture.
Serve as Deputy Manager in the absence of the Manager, ensuring smooth operations and strong leadership continuity.
Engage directly with employees, maintaining open communication to understand their needs, aspirations, and feedback.
Design and oversee initiatives that enhance employee well-being, work-life balance, and job satisfaction.
Organize and facilitate team-building activities to strengthen teamwork and a sense of community.
Develop and contribute to internal newsletters, sharing success stories, company updates, and motivational content.
Analyse employee satisfaction and performance data to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous enhancements in the workplace experience.
Provide ongoing support to employees, including on-call duties and two weekends per month, ensuring staff always feel supported and valued.
Lead recruitment, onboarding, and integration processes to create a welcoming and seamless experience for new hires.
Partner with HR to develop and implement employee development programs that promote career growth and continuous learning.
Develop and execute strategies to improve employee retention and recruitment to support business growth.
Work closely with management to ensure operational efficiency and workforce stability as the company expands. What We’re Looking For:
Proven leadership experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the healthcare or care sector, with a strong focus on employee experience.
Ability to step in as Deputy Manager, confidently handling operations and decision-making when required.
Passion for creating a positive workplace culture and implementing initiatives that drive employee engagement and well-being.
Strong communication skills with the ability to craft compelling messages for diverse audiences.
Experience managing projects related to employee engagement, well-being, and professional development.
Willingness to be on-call and work two weekends per month as part of the team support structure.
Familiarity with HR management systems (such as Citation) is a plus.
A proactive, solution-focused mindset that inspires and motivates teams. Salary & Benefits:
Base Salary: £28,000 per annum
Performance Bonus: Up to an additional £4,000 per year based on service growth:
For every additional 200 hours per week beyond 1,000 hours, £500 is added to the annual salary.
Example: If weekly hours increase to 1,400 hours, total earnings would be £29,000 per year.
