The Company
As a community-based association in the north of Glasgow, Maryhill Housing operates in one of the most diverse and vibrant communities in Scotland, providing over 3100 homes and delivering a factoring service to over 700 owner occupiers.
This is an exciting time to join us; with a new Chief Executive and the development of our new Corporate Plan for 2025 to 2030.
Are you a forward-thinking individual who shares our values and has a real passion for delivering great social housing? If you are, then why not join us in delivering great homes in thriving communities and making a real difference to people’s lives.
In this important new role, you will lead the delivery of excellent services designed to create neighbourhoods for tenants and staff to feel proud of across the Association’s stock.

You will also manage key cyclical contracts, building and maintaining effective relationships with contractors, to ensure collaborative and solution-focused partnerships. As a result, you will ensure the delivery of high-quality, consistent, customer-focused neighbourhood services, whether delivered in-house or by external contractors.
