You will be a key member of the TMG Business Support team supporting the delivery of the Selborne contract, you will work collaboratively with the Risk Manager and the Costings and HR team. Liaising with key internal stakeholders and the contractor in order to support the identification and capture of risks and issues, managing and maintaining risk registers, facilitating the development of appropriate, cost-effective and timely responses to risks. Supporting the TMG Costings and HR team working alongside the Contractor, Navy Commercial and Navy Command Finance to support costing analysis and liaising with other TLBs and Navy Command departments to ensure funding is available for in-year changes and tasking orders. You will provide Civilian HR support to the wider team including information management and the Scheme of Complement. There is also potential for line manage responsibility in the future.
