THE ROLE
The market leading Employment, Pensions and Immigration team is now seeking experienced employment lawyers in both London and Leeds.
The team advises some of the UK's largest and best known employers.
You can be based in either Leeds or London offices, in a growing and developing team.
This is a great opportunity to work alongside Partners to drive the practice forward, with significant scope for career development.
You will manage a mixed caseload of employment work and will be responsible for:
1. Advising clients in a range of sectors on the full range of employment law issues, including redundancy, disciplinary matters, grievances, whistle blowing, discrimination, and detriment claims.
2. Defending Employment Tribunal claims.
3. Corporate / transactional support.
4. Advising in relation to change projects, changing terms and conditions, and consultation requirements.
5. Industrial relations advice.
THE CANDIDATE
Ideally with 3+ pqe, you will have previous experience of managing your own employment caseload.
