This position is in the York area.
Due to the location, driving and having your own transport would be preferable.

5. Monday to Friday (1 Saturday in 5 - Half Day)

The Role
1. Liaising with other departments
2. Dealing with customer inquiries
3. Liaising with customers via telephone and email
4. Ensuring the customers receive top quality customer service
5. General admin duties
6. Working as part of a great team that values teamwork and providing a high level of service to customers while having fun at work
7. Very good working atmosphere
8. Working as part of the larger Customer Service team
