An award-winning manufacturing company and global leader in their field, our client has an exciting opportunity for an experienced AfterCare Engineer to join their growing team.
The ideal candidate will have a background in mechanical or electrical engineering with experience in a manufacturing environment.
As an AfterCare Engineer, you will provide both technical and administrative support across all AfterCare activities. This includes regular communication with the company’s global customers, from handling initial inquiries to preparing detailed proposals for all products.
You will be joining a dedicated team focused on delivering exceptional customer support and service while meeting key revenue and margin goals
The Responsibilities
• Provide a professional, rapid response to Customers.
• Provide commercial and technical assistance to customers including spare parts identification, provision of drawings, parts lists, and general technical support.
• Proactively identify and secure further business opportunities with customers and undertake proactive initiatives to secure enquiries and orders.
• Prepare proposals and negotiating commercial terms and conditions to ensure additional business is gained through repairs, refurbishments, upgrades, and modpacks for existing machines.
