Salary: £35,000 - £50,000 + Uncapped Bonus + Benefits + Car Allowance – OTE £70k - £90k per annum.

Are you an experienced Sales Manager within the Telecoms industry, with demonstrable leadership skills, looking for a new challenge in a rapidly growing organisation?
Overline, an established and reputable telecom brand with a full-service proposition for connectivity, cloud and telecoms, is investing in its growth after 2 very successful years of organic growth.
They are specialists in Telecoms, Cloud, Mobiles, and MS365 but offer a full IT service proposition into Micro, SME, and Enterprise businesses.
For their current and future growth, they are looking for a sales leader to join them in creating and delivering the full sales strategy in 2023 and going forward. This is an exciting role at an exciting time for a driven sales leader who is looking to achieve great things and earn excellent financial returns on their time.
Your role:
* Create and deliver a sales strategy for growth in 2023, ensuring growth for the business into short- and long-term plans, driving sales and acquiring new clients.
* Hire, train, and retain a sales team around you, including telemarketing staff and BDMs for both phone-based and face-to-face selling.
* Monitor sales metrics and manage the entire sales administration process, creating a high-performance sales culture and environment.
* Control the marketing function to generate inbound leads and warm leads for the sales team as a secondary function.
* Set and track sales targets for your team, focusing on new business and generating leads into the business.
* Provide product training for all the team and work with suppliers on product knowledge.
* Manage the team to complete business-to-business calls, promoting our services.
* Suggest and implement improvements in the sales administration process if required.
* Build an open-communication environment for your team.
You will:
* Have a flexible and enthusiastic approach, with a positive 'can-do' attitude.
* Be commercially focused and able to explain technology in an engaging way.
* Feel comfortable and enjoy working in a fast-paced, energetic, and target-led environment.
* Have excellent communication skills and be adept at building strong rapport with customers and colleagues.
* Have demonstrable experience of telephone-based negotiation skills.
* Proven ability running a sales team – showing how you have delivered against targets.
* Have at least 5 years in a telecoms environment.
* Experience running sales/marketing teams in this type of environment.
Interview process: Teams interview (Stage 1) and a presentation to the Board (Stage 2).
