You’ll be responsible for: Monitoring daily observation chart hours with a ratio of 1 observation for every 40 hours by trade. Ensuring all observations are accurately recorded and categorized based on types raised (e.g., YJ, COMP, QR). Actively tracking and follow up on action items and close-out emails to ensure timely completion of safety tasks. Maintaining communication with relevant stakeholders to facilitate closure of observations and actions. Carrying out bulk uploads of observations and actions using the compass template. Ensuring accurate and efficient data entry to maintain data integrity and facilitate reporting. Administering and championing the commissioning/quality platforms (compass) and have a general understanding of the BIM 360, Visilean, Aconex & Fexillon platforms) Reviewing and approving test paperwork before uploading onto compass Producing and assisting in managing a workable trade to trade tracker and feed into the GC quality managers and construction team offering training on the compass platform (both internal and external) Assisting CX managers in providing weekly reports/periodic updates on progress and up-coming works. Having a general understanding of the CX/QA dashboards whilst assisting in the production of these dashboards. Supporting the commissioning/quality/ HSW managers in administrative duties which include but not limited to-; project trade to trade tracker, project pressure test, benchmark trackers, CX tracker, CSA QSOs tracker, 1 IN 40 dashboards, action close out dashboard. You’ll need to have: Proficient in the use of common software and computer technology. CSCS card Awareness of\: HSW legislation, HSW management systems, HSW inspections, risk assessment. You’ll also have\: Good organisational and time management skills. Attention to detail. Good written and verbal communication skills Ability to work to deadlines.
