HR Business Partner - 6 Months FTC £35,000- £40,00 car allowance Wolverhampton Hybrid Role - With travel nationwide We’re looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. In this role, you’ll work closely with managers to support the People strategy, providing expert HR advice, coaching, and training. MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB To support the Head of People to deliver the People strategy across the business units and provide credible, high-quality business partnering, coaching, training, and HR advice to people managers.To partner with and support managers to manage all aspects of day-to-day operational business requirements for the business unit. KEY ACCOUNTABILITES Partner with managers to handle HR matters across the business Support employee relations, performance management, and training Help drive engagement, change management, and organisational design Work with key stakeholders to support business growth and people development. SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED CIPD Level 5 preferable Experience of developing and delivering training across a multi-site environment Able to successfully demonstrate evidence of business knowledge and commercial awareness in a multi-site field-based HR advisory and business partner role Able to successfully demonstrate evidence of working with complex employment relations issues Able to successfully demonstrate evidence of managing large scale restructure and redundancy programmes Working knowledge of TUPE legislation and experience of managing acquisition integrations In conjunction with senior management, evidence of being able to take the lead on pay and T&Cs negotiations and consultations and manage relationships with trade unions where necessary.
