Engage in meaningful projects and client interactions, mentor trainees, and play a key role in building a positive workplace culture while maintaining work-life harmony. Key Responsibilities: Takes ownership of pieces of work/projects and manages themselves and others to ensure delivery within set deadlines and to Azets standards. Delegates work effectively having regard to appropriate skill level required whilst providing support and taking overall responsibility for the task. Is a good role model and understands impact of own actions and communication style on the wider team. Responsible for drafting fees for manager review and approval. Provides timely and constructive feedback and recognition to colleagues Qualifications and Experience: Identify a solution to a problem before referring to senior management. Able to demonstrate an ability to communicate complex technical matters to non-technical audience. Identifies technical / application skills gaps and takes own steps to address them with support of senior team members.
