We are looking for an experienced Chef Manager to support our locations within the above areas for enhanced support, holiday cover, sickness cover and busy periods, ensuring that company standards are maintained, and Client expectations are met within the agreed objectives for the location.
The Chef Manager will be required to work across various locations around the Nottingham and Newark region.
Job Description
As a Support Chef Manager, you will ensure a good standard of work is carried out at any location you are required to support. We therefore need you to be well presented, organised and possess great communication skills and have a genuine passion for what you do. We really want you to demonstrate a real passion for food and service, having worked in a similar environment at a similar level. The role will be hands on, working with your team and having sound health and safety and food safety knowledge.
As well as having excellent presentation, organisational and communication skills, you will be able to demonstrate a real passion for food & service and possess bags of enthusiasm.
Qualifications
As a Chef Manager you will previously worked in a similar environment at a management level.
• Be a proven, hands-on leader, able to invest in your team and their development
• Be naturally outgoing and vibrant, display a real passion for food and customer service
• Have excellent Health & Safety knowledge
• Be financially astute and have strong IT literacy
• Be innovative and creative and driven by excellence
• Stay up to date with current food trends
