Trinity Business Support are currently recruiting a Transport Administrator for our Doncaster based client.
Our client is an ever-growing Logistical company with multiple depots.
Due to expansion and the opening of a new site, they now require a Transport Administrator to assist their Planning teams.
Duties & Responsibilities:
1. General transport administration duties
2. To support our very busy traffic office on a full-time basis.
3. General fleet compliance.
4. Organising all fleet repair and maintenance through 3rd party maintenance providers.
5. Managing driver holiday and absence.
6. Ensuring drivers are maintaining company standards and following procedures.
7. Supervise all tasks undertaken by drivers and Transport staff.
8. Input of various delivery information on the in-house system.
9. Building friendly, professional driver relations.
10. Any other relevant tasks as required.
Working Hours:
1. Monday to Friday
2. 1hr lunch
3. 40hrs per week
4. All planners will be required to assist on potentially earlier or later start times to cover any staff sickness or staff holidays.
Pay:
£26,000 per annum
