What skills and experience we're looking for
Saltash Community School is seeking to appoint a member of staff to support SEND students within its Area Resource base (ARB) at Saltash Community School.
We are looking for a passionate and driven individual who will share our commitment to excellence and our desire to achieve the very best outcomes for our students. The role is within our ARB team and will support our students both in the ARB and mainstream classroom. The role has the added responsibility of helping to plan and implement high quality provision within the ARB. We encourage applications from individuals who are looking to change career and have transferable skills and experiences, as well as those with prior experience supporting young people in the classroom. You may well have an interest in developing your own practice/experience as an education professional.
