This is a fantastic opportunity for a project manager to join HEX, part of The Bluedog Group, which is a forward-thinking, diligent, and highly successful group of agencies with a global presence.
Due to sustained growth, we are looking for an experienced, positive, innovative candidate to work as part of our expanding team. You will need the ability to work autonomously, have good attention to detail, and enjoy finding new and interesting ways to impress our clients.
You will be required to work on a diverse range of projects across all digital aspects of retail, web development, and live events. You will be expected to work across multiple projects simultaneously, taking initial client briefs, developing ideas with our creative team, researching hardware and software to deliver a client’s goal, managing all aspects of final production, budgets, and ensuring safety paperwork is complete if applicable. These all result in you successfully delivering a wide range of projects.
This is a challenging and exciting position, combining both technical, personal, and creative skills.
Managing interactive retail activations, content creation, and website development will be your main focus day-to-day, with an opportunity to work on live event technical projects as required.
As an agency, we offer flexible working but will require some days working from the Bluedog Group offices in Farnham, Surrey, alongside the rest of the team.
Managing projects and client accounts from the get-go, you'll become an integral part of our mighty team.
We're looking for candidates with the following experience:
1. A minimum of 2 years working in a digital sector, ideally for an agency. However, experiences in retail delivery or live event project management are also acceptable.
2. Liaising and working effectively with internal resources and external suppliers.
3. Initial quoting and budget reconciliation.
4. Client meetings – face-to-face/conference call.
5. Site surveys, as required.
6. On-site work and the ability to work unsociable hours when required across installations/de-rigs.
7. Build relationships with prospective suppliers and clients.
8. Serve as an expert and know your industry, keeping at the forefront of technology and new developments within the digital markets we serve.
9. Evaluate and explore new opportunities with an eye on innovation.
10. A creative problem solver with business acumen that will help shape the future of the agency.
11. A curious individual who is willing to be adaptable, given the fast-paced and ever-changing world we navigate.
12. Has experience working with brands to deliver digital, retail, and web activations.
13. Can spot business development opportunities and raise these internally.
14. Has the ability to communicate effectively and work autonomously.
15. Multi-tasking and working across a high volume of workflow is a must.
16. Is proficient across all Microsoft Office programs and various programs in the Adobe CC suite.
17. A valid UK driving license.
18. Liaise, book in, and work with internal and external resources.
