Associate Recruitment Consultant / Resourcer (no sales)
Location: Birmingham
Salary: Up to £27,000 + commission
Permanent People is offering an exciting opportunity for an Associate Recruitment Consultant within the education sector. Our client specialises in recruiting both teaching and non-teaching staff for Primary and Secondary Schools across The Midlands and beyond.

About the Role:
In this position, you will collaborate with account managers to identify and source qualified candidates for school placements. Your responsibilities will include conducting face-to-face interviews in Leicestershire, completing necessary vetting procedures, and ensuring accurate placement of bookings onto their system. Additionally, you will maintain regular communication with candidates to assist in filling bookings and liaise with clients regarding timesheets.
*This role requires regular travel to the Leicester office 1-2 times per week, so a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are essential.*
Requirements:
While experience in education recruitment is a plus, a background in education (such as teaching, teaching assistant, or tutoring) would also be highly suitable for this position.
