What we can offer you;Refer an Engineer to us once you've joined and earn £1000Access to our company pension schemeFree physiotherapy serviceDiscounts on everything from groceries to well known retailersAccess to a range of resources to support your physical, mental and financial health; so you can lean on us whenever you need to24 hour access to a virtual GP, 365 days a year, for you and family members in your householdOngoing training and development opportunities, allowing you to reach your full potential What you'll be doing;Have responsibility for the safe and efficient operation of the Roseisle plant during & outside normal office hours - this is a single person operation outside normal working hours.Monitoring of conditions and adjustment of controls associated with the BioEnergy aqueous treatment plant, biomass fuel processing plant, and four steam boilers (including biomass and biogas boilers) to ensure optimum output and reliability is achieved.Regular routine inspection and monitoring of all equipment and plant.Recording and reporting of any excursions from normal operation and taking decisions and actions to rectify as required.Reporting equipment defects and malfunction including any repairs carried out during operation and liaising with technicians and management to implement solutionsEnsure all daily operational and statutory checks are carried out and that plant logs and site diary are maintained and kept up to date.To be involved in plant continuous improvement activities.Maintain and support a proactive safety culture. Ensure compliance with the company's Quality and Environmental Management System and Health and Safety Policies and become an advocate of the "think safe, work safe, home safe" culture.
