Team members have gone on to achieve roles in other areas of the business, with indirect pathways leading to Process Science roles – these are the technical experts in the process operation arena as well as management level positions. You may also gain indirect knowledge of mechanical and electrical specialisms and this could prove to be a future field of study with the skills you will gain. Although work is generated to you on a weekly basis, you will be managing your own time, giving you the freedom and flexibility to design your own working week, you will learn how to be organised and proactive. You will undertake as part of the role: Compliance testing, Chemical deliveries, Monitoring, collating and reporting of data to ensure statutory and regulatory compliance, Fault finding and problem-solving skills are essential to respond to breakdowns, Site Hygiene in line with our regulatory obligations.
