Responsibilities
We’re looking for a Growth Manager to join our expanding Growth & Revenue Systems team. Reporting to the Director of Self-Serve Growth, your role is to find and work on opportunities to grow Airwallex faster, bringing more customers to the platform. Your responsibilities include:
* Thinking holistically across the end-to-end customer journey to develop an opinionated strategy and roadmap to drive self-serve acquisition, retention and growth
* Design and execute tests through iterative hypothesis-driven experimentation to address key gaps and friction points
* Working with marketing, design, operations, data science, sales and cross-functional product teams to improve the self-serve journey, ultimately driving revenue outcomes for Airwallex
* Leveraging data, particularly from web analytics tools, to measure and uncover key gaps in the self-serve customer journey
* Presenting findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels of the organisation
What you bring

* Cross-functional collaboration - Ability to lead cross-functional projects to drive outcomes
* Communication - Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Previous Fintech, startup and/or experience working in a Growth function are a plus
