About the Role
An exciting development opportunity has become available. As a Business Support Team Leader, you will assist the Business Support Manager in providing an efficient business support function. You will manage and lead a number of staff to deliver objectives.
You will manage the day to day running of the business support team across the neighbourhood by providing professional support and guidance to staff, allocating and checking work to ensure tasks are completed to the required standards and timescales.
You will work collaboratively with colleagues, partners, patients and other stakeholders to meet service need as part of Children’s and Adults Social Care Services.
You will be required to use your analytical skills to forward plan and to make effective, prioritise and timely operational decisions.
You will be responsible for the management and control of budgets. You will be required to analyse, interpret and present data and other sources of information in a variety of formats.
