We have an exciting opportunity for a Bank Advanced Clinical Practitioner to join our Out of Hours team across South Cumbria. This is on a bank basis.
The role is critical in providing high-quality care out of hours, ensuring our patients receive timely and effective care.
The bank shifts available are primarily evening and night shifts.

Main duties of the job
The post holderwill work as a member of the clinical team. The post holder will be responsiblefor recognising, negotiating and implementing processes to enhance the deliveryof care in the Treatment centres.
Patient centredcare will be delivered by assessing patients with undifferentiated andundiagnosed problems; initiating treatment, investigations, advice andmanagement of problems using professional autonomous decision making processes,liaising when appropriate with other healthcare professionals and serviceproviders to ensure safe and effective patient care.
The post holderwill contribute to development and delivery of a high quality innovativeservice to the community through the implementation of evidence based clinicalpractice, supported by continual professional development andmentorship/supervision.

1. Significant post registration experience (minimum 3 years in relevant field acute or primary care setting)
