We are seeking a highly skilled safety expert to join our team. As a key member of our operational excellence function, you will be responsible for conducting audits and risk assessments to ensure compliance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement safety policies and procedures to minimize risks and ensure compliance with industry regulations
* Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and areas for improvement
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and best practices
* Communicate findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders and lead remediation efforts
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Relevant degree in a field such as safety management, occupational health, or a related discipline
* Proven experience in auditing and risk assessment, preferably within the food industry
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
