Business Administrator Apprentice
Job overview
This new and exciting opportunity will be based in Cumbria Integrated Sexual Health Service, Carlisle within the Community Collaborative. This is a varied and interesting role where you will get the opportunity to gain experience in general admin duties such as preparing documents, maintaining electronic filing systems, ordering departmental supplies, formatting correspondence, and dealing with telephone queries. Through appropriate training and support, you will learn how to take minutes of meetings, support with creating agendas for these meetings, and support with diary management for our Senior Leadership team. These skills will assist you in achieving your Level 3 Diploma in Business Administration which will be supported via set learning days.
Core working hours are Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week.

The role of the Business Administrator Apprentice is to provide an efficient, effective, professional service to all service users and staff within the Sexual Health Service who:

* achieve individual responsibilities of their role within the Trust
* ensure that all departmental documentation, records, and databases are designed and fully maintained

Qualifications
* Minimum of two GCSE’s Grade A – C, or assessed at equivalent standard.
* Willingness to work towards and complete the level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship.
Knowledge
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
* Keyboard skills and IT literacy.
