CITB operates a hybrid working from home and head office in Peterborough policy, with up to one day in the office per fortnight with additional travel to external sites and parties as required.

What You’ll Do
Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of complex programmes aligned with organisational goals.
Manage cross-functional teams, budgets, and timelines to ensure seamless delivery.
Build strong relationships with stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing risks proactively.
Drive continuous improvement in programme management practices.
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience managing large-scale programmes.
Qualifications in PRINCE2, MSP, or equivalent.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Experience in [industry/sector] (desirable but not essential).
